Terms of service

These terms apply to hisartuning.com, to the tuner portal and to the files we deliver. The portal is for workshops and tuners, not for consumers. By creating an account, topping up a balance or placing an order you accept these terms. Last updated 23 September 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

2. Your account

• An account becomes active as soon as its e-mail address is verified. We may suspend or close an account without giving a reason.
• Give real business and contact details and keep them current. One account per business.
• You are responsible for everything done with your login. Tell us at once if it is compromised.
• Prices are shown to signed-in, active accounts only.

3. Orders and delivery

• You place an order by uploading the original read together with the vehicle details and the work you want.
• We confirm the price and the turnaround before we start.
• Delivery is through the portal. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees.
• If we cannot do the job we say so and you are not charged.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are in euro, per file. Payments made in Turkish lira are converted at the euro selling rate published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) for that day. The rate used is shown before you pay.

5. Credit balance

1. Your account holds a prepaid credit balance. One credit equals one euro. It can be used only for our own services.
2. The balance is not money, not electronic money and not a deposit. It earns no interest, it cannot be transferred to another person or account, and it is not paid out in cash except as a refund under clause 5.8.
3. You top up by bank transfer or by card. A bank transfer is credited once we see it on our account, normally the same working day. A card top-up is credited once the payment provider confirms it.
4. Turkish lira top-ups use the TCMB euro selling rate of that day. The rate is fixed at the moment the balance is credited and is recorded in your ledger.
5. When you place an order its price is reserved from your balance, and it is deducted when the file is delivered.
6. If the order is cancelled, or we cannot do the work, the reserved amount returns to your balance in full.
7. The balance does not expire.
8. Unused balance is refundable. Ask in writing from your account e-mail address. We refund to the same method you used to top up, within 14 days. Bank and payment provider charges are deducted. Any exchange rate difference between the day of the top-up and the day of the refund is yours; we are not a currency service.
9. A delivered file is not refundable. Revisions are covered by clause 6.
10. If you close your account, the remaining balance is refunded under clause 5.8.
11. Every top-up, reservation, deduction and refund is recorded in the ledger in your account. Check it and tell us within 30 days if something is wrong.
12. We may freeze a balance where there is fraud, a chargeback or unlawful use, and we will tell you why.

6. Revisions and what a file is

• Every file is written for the vehicle and the hardware you describe. A wrong description gives a wrong file.
• Revisions of the same file for the same vehicle are free for 30 days after delivery.
• We keep your original read so the vehicle can be put back to standard. Keep your own copy as well.
• A tuned file is not a repair. A vehicle with a mechanical or electrical fault is fixed first.

7. What is on you

• Read and write with equipment you know. A failed flash on your own bench is not our work.
• Keep the vehicle’s power supply stable while writing.
• Emissions related options such as DPF, EGR, AdBlue and DTC are offered for vehicles used off public roads and for export. Whether you may use them on a given vehicle is decided by the law of your own country and is your responsibility.
• You confirm that you have the vehicle owner’s permission for the work.

8. Liability

• We are responsible for the file we write. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
• We are not liable for lost profit, downtime, hardware failure, an interrupted flash, or damage caused by a fault that was already in the vehicle.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Files, confidentiality and retention

Your files and vehicle data are never shared with other customers. Original and delivered files are stored encrypted and kept for 5 years so they can be restored or revised, then deleted. The rest is in our privacy notice.

10. Invoices

An invoice is issued on request. Ask for it when you top up or when you place the order, and give your business details.

11. Use of the portal

Do not try to reach other accounts, upload malicious files, or resell our work as your own tuning brand without an agreement. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. A change does not affect an order that is already confirmed.

13. Law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri have jurisdiction.
