Delivery, cancellation and refunds

How we deliver, how an order is cancelled and how money is refunded. This page is part of our terms of service. Last updated 24 September 2026.

1. What we deliver

We sell a service, not physical goods. Nothing is sent by post or courier and there is no delivery charge.

• Tuning files are written from the original read you upload and delivered electronically in the tuner portal.
• Workshop work (chip tuning, gearbox and repair work on your vehicle) is done at Hisar Oto. It is agreed and paid at the workshop, and the vehicle is handed back there.

2. How and when files are delivered

• The finished file is added to your order in the tuner portal, ready to download. The order status shows when it is ready.
• We confirm the price and the turnaround before we start. Most files are delivered the same day, 7 days a week. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees.
• If we cannot do the job, we tell you and you are not charged.

3. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel an order at any time before the file is delivered. Write to us from your account e-mail address or on WhatsApp with the order number.
• When an order is cancelled, or we cannot do the work, the full amount reserved for it goes back to your balance.
• A delivered file cannot be cancelled or returned, because it is digital content that has already been handed over. If it does not work as it should, ask for a revision: revisions of the same file for the same vehicle are free for 30 days after delivery.

4. Refunds

• Unused balance is refundable. Ask in writing from your account e-mail address.
• We refund within 14 days, to the same method you paid with: a card payment goes back to the same card, a bank transfer goes back to the same account. When a card refund appears on your statement depends on your bank.
• Bank and payment provider charges are deducted. Any exchange rate difference between the day of payment and the day of the refund is yours.
• If you close your account, the remaining balance is refunded the same way.

5. Card payments

Card payments are processed by a licensed payment institution over a secure connection. We never see or store your card number. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
